It’s all about the law of attraction.
Do any of these statements sound familiar?
“I’m so broke.”
“I’m so tired.”
“I’m so stupid,”
And the list goes on…
Whether you know it or not, or like it or not, you’re reciting affirmations for your subconscious mind to program your beliefs about yourself and your life. Unfortunately, negative affirmations are just as effective in our lives as positive affirmations.
It’s the Universal Law of Attraction at work, which has been proven time and time again that “We attract into our lives what we choose to think, say and believe about ourselves and our perceived reality.”
Or, as I like to put it: Focus = Fuel. Simply changing your low vibrational thinking, words, and beliefs with high vibrational affirmations will reprogram the subconscious mind, thus, changing your life and what you attract into it.
Focus = Fuel. It really is that simple, but for some, it’s easier said than done.
Albert Einstein defined insanity as “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
I’m sure we’ve all felt, at one time or another that we were going crazy because things just weren’t working out the way we wanted them to. But, stop and think about it for a moment, what have you been telling yourself?
Read the first sentence of this article again… right now.
Chances are you’ve been wanting something different than the above statements, yet these are what you’ve been programming your life with. Here and now is where you can make the change… the change to be positive, and it starts with positive affirmations.
First person “I am” affirmations have proven to be the most effective method of reprogramming our subconscious mind to attract positive results into our life. This has been proven over and over and over. It is pragmatic, not philosophical.
It’s a Universal law. Focus = Fuel.
The very first thing you need to do is to decide to be positive and be very focused on staying positive, no matter what the situation. Training your mind to think and stay positive requires discipline and practice, but the results are phenomenal.
You can start with these affirmations and repeat them as often as possible, either verbally or in your mind:
- “I am positive in my words and thoughts.”
- “I am happy with my life.“
- “I am strong and courageous in all that I do.”
- “I am blessed.”
- “I am safe.”
You can also ask your family and friends to help you with your new way of positive thinking by asking them to stop you whenever you say something negative.
After a few weeks, you’ll see that the negative comments are greatly reduced and you feel a whole lot better about yourself and your life.
To reinforce your new way of thinking, listen to positive affirmations programs and listen to them often. As you are listening, repeat the affirmations either out loud or in your head.
Listening to subliminal affirmations also has a great effect in that it bypasses your conscious mind and works directly on your subconscious.
You can download great audio affirmations programs at www.loaaffirmations.com. There you will find a fantastic selection of programs that come in both audible and subliminal form for subjects like success, wealth, and self-confidence. You can also download your FREE Morning Affirmations list to recite every morning!!! It’s the best way to start every day.
Stay positive and reinforce your faith and belief by listening and repeating your affirmations and living as if they have already manifested into the physical. Remember everything that is in the physical realm started as a thought in someone’s imagination.
“We are, and attract into our lives, what we choose to think, say and believe about ourselves and our perceived reality.”
Focus = Fuel
